I really hope it is one big joke. Spending £15,000 on that thing is just sad. The rotor blades look like they were taken from a giant ceiling fan.

The thing I really like about that report is how you can hear the sarcasm dripping off the page. It's very rare that you can actually read a sneer - this is one of those rare cases.
