Found the problem, it turned out the hamsters that are powering my computer got hungry.
I fed them and the problem went away

Firefox did that to me this morning. Not with pages I was developing (I use chrome) but it refused to load sites. It was just dead. Had to restart it (after killing it in task manager) and then it worked fine.
Monday blues?

After the latest windows update whenever my Chrome browser is open my entire screen goes black for a moment intermittently, and it varies from twice a minute to once every couple of hours.
I don't know what to trust anymore.

A long time ago, my entire desktop was Final Fantasy VII themed, including standard icons like the Recycle Bin and My Computer (back when that was a link on the desktop) and cursors (I think the default was Cloud's Buster Sword).
My screensaver even played the Costa Del Sol music[^]
