Our main form gets in your face with some horrible colours, not wishy washy pastels, in each different environment but this only relevant when you compile and run so it can be irritating having coded into the wrong instance.
Multiple monitors, one for each instance, if the business are going to drive you nuts like this then make the buggers pay - 3 new HUGE monitors please. If you are the one making this decision then please remove your finger and rename the solutions!

I have developed a small game for Windows 8 Metro and Desktop.
Now, I need some help about if there is any site which can help me providing a question answer database API.
So, that I can use it for my app.
Honestly, did you not see the 'do not ask programming questions' header above where you posted this ?
I think that this is not programming question. Because I have finished development for initial release of my App. I just want if you have anyone who can provide my database. And We can work together...
From what I understood is that, you have the application ready, you mean ready with the database design, and now you are looking for free web hosting + free database provider. and you have found the free web hosting, but they are not providing you database for free. right ?
Database is costly service to give away for free. so all those free web hosting providers will not give you free database.
You can try App Harbor[^], it's a 'PaaS' on top of Amazon AWS.
You can create a free account there, with non-custom domain and a very tiny SQL Server database to start with (you will have to add it as add-on).
I have a Dell Vostro 420 that came with Windows Vista 32-bit, and Windows XP mode installed. I heard mixed reports about Windows Vista at the time, so I still have Windows XP installed.
I have the Windows Vista 32-bit installation DVD, and the Windows product key on the computer says Windows Vista Business 32-bit as well. Would this product key work for Vista 64-bit?
I recently added more memory to my system - the BIOS shows 6 GB installed. Now I want to upgrade Windows as well, yet moving to a 64-bit OS is the most important thing for now.
Dell doesn't support 64-bit OS's on the Vostro 420, however I have read on several forums that Windows Vista or Windows 7 64-bit will run just fine on the Vostro 420. I don't want to switch to Windows 8 just yet, I would rather go to Vista or 7 64-bit for now. I called Microsoft, and they said that Vista is no longer produced. I could get Windows Vista media with a Premium Support contract for $99, which would be silly as the upgrade to Windows 8 is only $40 now (via download).
I'm wondering if someone might be able to provide me a copy of Windows Vista Business or Windows 7 64-bit?
I am fully aware that no support is available; I am perfectly comfortable getting the necessary drivers myself, and resolving any other issues that may come up on my own.
