Wait a week or two. The sun is shining, but the air is cold (relatively speaking). I have lived in Southern California for almost 12 years and last night I had to go and buy a knit hat - first time it has been so cold I had to do that.
From today until Tuesday we are looking at strong winds, daytime highs of 12-14°C and night time lows of 0-3°.
