The man he was pointing the gun at (The first guy at the start of the film) is called Albert Popwell. He was also in the second film as the Pimp executed at the start of the film. He also played Mustapha the Black Muslim leader in the the third film. He was in the fourth film too, as Horace King.
He died before the fifth film was made, but he would have been in that too.
He was also in Coogan's Bluff with you know who!
(They were life long friends).
