No, I figured that out... I was using old source... the wiki page for the drivers isn't very good so I was using older versions that have deprecated kernel calls (odd that undefined calls only give you warnings instead of errors). The new driver source is in a completely different place... it was such a pain in the butt that I might go and change the wiki page to make sure everything is listed correctly and in one location.

What I'm dealing with now is that even though it compiled and installed without issue, all the packets seem to be getting dropped... D'Oh! | :doh: ...so I'm in contact now with some of the Qualcomm Linux devs to figure this out.
