Call me a skeptic but I personally doubt that there are 20 related classes in the entirety of the space-time continuum where all the comments are consistent and make sense excepting the two well known cases.
The common case with no comments at all and the IBM case where every comment is precisely the same /*Comment intentionally left blank*/
"The secret of happiness is freedom, and the secret of freedom, courage."
Thucydides (B.C. 460-400)
I find that it's easier to use DoxyGen, or something like it, to strip the comments out of the code -- if you can see the code, you can see what it does (well, mostly), which makes it harder to spot any poor commenting.
I wanna be a eunuchs developer! Pass me a bread knife!
stupid the people on writers of "The Walking Dead" are
Anyone would think they spent their entire working life doing nothing but reading and writing comics!
It definitely warps their view of reality and the reactions that real people would have in certain situations.
- Life in the fast lane is only fun if you live in a country with no speed limits.
- Of all the things I have lost, it is my mind that I miss the most.
- I vaguely remember having a good memory...
Well that's why I would prefer to stab the skull with a long pike that has a stopper to prevent too deep of penetration, with a hole in the stopper plate to push the skull off. 4" should be enough to hit the brain. Either way, I'd rather have my weapon of choice keep me further away from the damn things.
I intend to hunker down in place, if the outbreak starts when I'm near it. Or head to a bugout location, depending on where I am at the time.
I've noticed you have not mentioned any armor or projectile weapons. Duct tape and seatbelts make good bite proof flexible materials, and slingshots never run out of ammo (I assume you'll need to kill game to eat).
Yeah hunkering down is the best bet. Not always an option though. Have to find the place that works for the longest
If I need to travel, I will get my traveling out of the way immediately as sh*t hits the fan. As soon as food is scarce, people will cannibalize, so you will be fighting armed, ambushing people along with zombies. Know what if any place is worth raiding immediately.
I think nets and snares are pretty good, fishing implies you will be stationary near a shore, though you can improvise a live catch trap out of a lot of things. As people die off, I assume rats and pigeons will be even more abundant.
