I really like 3D style like in Windows 7, VS 2008, VS 2010, don't like flat style like in Windows 8, VS 2012. What about you?

I think Microsoft is skilling 3D style, many main products of Microsoft are being 'flattened'...

Is this a new trend???

PS: There are some things made black and white... getting rid of the colorful world...
