Thanks, I saw the option. Before the same option was available in newegg advance search, but now it doesn't exist anymore. But if I decide to spend over $1000 I’ll go for Alienware laptop(and they are all with SSDs 256 or higher. ), not a conventional one.

It's not just off shore recruiters. Many recruiters I have dealt with don't like to do this. I'm guessing they're afraid of applicants having too much info and bypassing them or something. Or maybe when it's written down it gives the applicant too reasonable a way to honestly analyze the opportunity (and therefore reject it). Or maybe it's "off the books" in some way and they don't want to leave a paper trail.

Well, not necessarily. Starting a new project with the task "create a project issue tracker" is a good idea. Once configured, one wants to feel a sense of accomplishment, so what is the first task/issue to enter? The accomplishment of creating an issue tracker for the project!
