I am a professional computer programmer. I enjoy writing, that's why I've been keeping several blogs over the years. Kitchen gardening and poetry are some of my other passions. I'm also teaching online programming courses on Udemy.com. In personal life, I'm a loving dad, fun husband(sometimes difficult), and an often silly son.
As a programmer, I started off with C++ and TAPI. Afterwards I moved to C#.Net and socket programming. Did write some code using Delphi as well. I then joined a software house as a test developer, where I was responsible to write unit and functional tests for an already established product suite.
During this time, a laptop was thankfully gifted to me by my cousin. Another cousin gave me an Android phone. Having both of these in hand made me think that I must do something with this newfound power. I goofed around for a while, tried to create a game, did some work on Amazon MTurk and then landed at ODesk. In the meanwhile I also learned Android Java programming. Soon I was taking freelance Android projects on the side. I then decided to quit my job and work as a full time freelancer in July 2013. I did that until Mar 2015 and then joined CTO 24/7 a technology center owned by Stewart Title of Houston Texas(as an SQA Analyst).
At CTO 24/7 I am chiefly focusing on testing the software and trying to acquire as much negative mindset as I can. I believe understanding both sides of software development life cycle will help me to move up the ladder and become a SCRUM master or project manager some day.
