hi,
I am using dundas charts in an application. my data for x axis is coming in the form of weeks from database.
as like 13/07/2007,20/07/2007...
The problem is that x axis labels are displaying by default but I want to fix the interval of four weeks on x-axis.
How can I do that.
If anyone have any soln please give me..

Hi,
I have an issue with creating dynamic controls and retaining them when the page refreshes.
The situation is like this.On the Page_load i creating few sets of questions along with choices(Using radio buttons "Yes" and "No").All the radio buttons are dynamically created.For the first question, if the user clicks the "No" radiobutton, i shud show one more question with a "Checkbox", which should be dynamically created on the selection of "No" radiobutton.The same question pattern repeats for 3 times.So for the first question of each set the above condition should apply.What i did was when i created the "No" radiobutton of first question of each set, i made the "Autopostback" to true and attached one event handler with that, which will create the checkbox dynamically.But what happens is that, when i click the "No" radiobutton of the first question of the second set of questions, the checkbox created when we clicked the first set "No" radiobutton will vanish and a new checkbox will come near to the second set.What i need is to retain the first checkbox also.I found that when i'm clciking the Second "no" button the page reloads and the first checkbox is not retained.(Remember the checkbox creation is attached with the corresponding "no" button click).
Also i can't use "Session" to retain the controls that i created, since my application wont support Session variables.
Please help me in finding an optimal solution.

Start with the simple stuff. Make sure you have the EnableViewState property set to true on the disappearing controls. Also make sure that you have all your initial page_load code within an if block to check for postback, i.e. if (!this.IsPostBack). If that doesn't work, you can always check the value's of subsequent buttons and checkboxes on postback and repopulate prior buttons and checkboxes accordingly.

Hi every one. Please help.
I am connecting to a database via a webservice and it works great..
but then i have to connect my GUI via my codebehind page to the webservice and then i get this error.....
Everything works at home on a stand alone computer but not here at college on a networked computer. Can anyone tell me why and what i can do to fix it? Thanks

Hi,
I am having linkbuttons using buttonfield column. grid gets diplayed and when click the linkbutton to open new window using window.open(Javascript)in rowcommand.every thing works fine.
Issue is:
1.when I first time I click the linkbutton on the grid - opens a page A in new window(window.open).
2.when I second time I click the another linkbutton on the grid - opens a page B in new window(window.open).
3.Then I click the back button on the browser of main window(parent window where the grid is) - now It automatically opens up the page A , Which I dont expect.
Please let me know how to avoid the window that get opened up when I go back on the browser.

I think this occurs due to Child windows gets cached in the memory of parent
window, so when we go back in the parent window it automatically opens the child windows that were opened before.

You probably need to describe what you want to achieve. aspx pages can only exist on the server, they exist as engines to generate HTML and script for the client.

Its basically an website builder type if their is a domain named www.xyz.com, an new user will signup and he can get his domain named www.user.xyz.com. so a new user can add a new page in his account with his own images in his domain.
