Windows 7 64bit replacing notepad with Notepad++ (win7 specific launcher)

I downloaded notepad++, and wanted to replace my default windows notepad with notepad++ since its so awesome, but the launcher i tried on the internet bugged on me and didnt launch notepad at all, so heres an alternative launcher that you can build for yourself that does not bug on Win7 64bit
