I wished to create VoIP apps for my Windows Phone 7 and I used a sample program provided by Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK. On client side I used Visual Studio 2010 for my project. They provided me codes for every step which was very helpful for me. For example: how to set the user interface layout for my project. Based on the codes it was an easy task to build my app. For example: The event handler for the Stop Call button is shown in this code:
The server side codes for server class definition, handling client connection and disconnection, changing the client’s call state into InCall, invoking the client side OnPlayRemoteStream method, notifying the remote client about the end of the call were provided as well. For example:

I am developing n android pp to control the mouse of a PC. I am almost done. The app have 4 buttons to control the movements of mouse. Its working for normal click.... But i want the mouse pointer to be moved continuously when i long press those button.... anyone have any idea....
I would take a look into the Android dragEvent. I haven't had any contact with it, but what I'm thinking is you could have an object on your screen that represents the mouse cursor, and use the dragEvent to move that object around the screen, while sending the X and Y values to the PC, to sync the mouse movement with your Android event.
Then you may want to override onKeyDown event and while the button is pressed do your thing. Also, this means you will have to poll for onKeyUp event to make sure the user doesn't take his finger off the button. Basically, you do your operation all the way between onKeyDown and onKeyUp events.
There is a thread on SO that may apply to your particular case here[^]

i have some difficulty in choosing tools for this.
what are the best tool for developing Android application.?
i want to know is Matlab suitable for OCR or C# is best for OCR ?
Can we convert the Matlab program is Android Application ?
or can we convert the C# program is Android Application ?
Dear friend you can't convert c# program to android application but you can surely use the logic implemented in your c# program since OOPs concepts are involved.
For developing Android Apps the Java language is used and the best IDE would be Eclipse.
Hope it helps you in some way.
