Sir, I was working in company which was not registered to Government.Thats why it was not tax payer company.so they used to give us salary by cash. Now i want to switch to another company. Will new company ask to produce my bank statements or salary slip of previous company..while joining this new company ? Due to my such past profile...will my carrier affected,? If not they will peek through your background and will probe for bank statements and salary slips. This is the mandatory requirement you need to accomplish. No company will dare to hire if a candidate is unable to produce the documents specified by them. So its good to ask your current company to prepare a salary slip atleast for you. And this company will not give me salary slip but they can give me a leaving(Experience)letter in which they can provide last salary was taken. Since that company is not Government Registered thats why i cant show Form-16 or any bank statement..
