Yes, I saw them too. The spam posted by SHODES_BD actually got removed before I got to it, but I have RSS turned on for QA so just before you posted this, I found the spam post in the feed and located the profile.

He has answered 11 questions in total. Magically each of them has received 15 or more +5 votes... I don't think it is a stretch to assume that he is sock-puppet voting his answers.
His Tips/Tricks are following the same pattern.

was it a bug in cp? or hacking. I believe you need to put comment to cast vote in Article/Tip section right. and most of his article/tip receives 4-5 upvotes but total votes say 21 sounds like 15-17 votes automatically added to his account strange.
Noticed one more thing all of the 11 question he answered were marked as Favorite.

Favourite happens automatically with upvotes.
Have a look at the reputation graph - that's a significantly sharp upswing in his rep points.
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
