Yes. The Participant and Organizer points indicate some activity which is not typical for spammers.

He had only one spammy message. It is not untypical either to have some points for spammers, I noticed a lot of them in my spam hunting. I always check and double the attention on these cases.

The message is gone now.
But I still don't think it was spam. It was Portuguese without any link. It looked like he talks about his skills (I can't speak Portuguese).

The reputation history indicates that he has logged in a few times. Why should a spammer log in again without posting? He also has some Organizer points which are probably from downloading.
