The home page is currently showing my new tip as posted five hours ago:
It's currently 12:17, and (according to Chrome history) I posted it at 11:38.
If I've invented a time machine, I'd have thought I would have had much better uses for it than that...

Maybe Time Zone problems?
I mean, it takes your time zone publish time, but it compare with server current time? or something similar?

I think I know what the issue is: it's the time formatting of the new Follow system you're testing that's not handling the GMT offset correctly (ironic given I don't think you have an offset). Thanks mate. Not tonight though: too much celebratory imbibing going on to code safely.

If the total of the changes is more than 10% of the original text then it's non-minor.

A user asked a question in QA and reposted it as an article. On top of the article in moderation it reads

I was gonna ask the same. This is quite unclear, because the label "published question" suggests that this was intentional.
Maybe, after approval it would go back to Questions as approved. But I am not going to touch any moderation in this one.

Where did you see the link to this item? Was it in the QA homepage, but on clicking it you went to the article display page? Or was the link on the site's homepage itself?

- The user posted a question in QA
- Some time later he (probably) posted the text from the QA question as article
- The article went into moderation and was shown in the "Articles needing approval" list on the home page
- Following the link on the homepage it was shown as usual (article for moderation) but with the quoted text block (see also Griff's screenshot)

I don't think so, given that the site is clearly saying it's a question. That page you are viewing can display both articles and questions/answers.
I'll put in a fix so that the article page redirects back to the Answers page for showing versions.

That is what I said probably.
Then the question is why an already published question is listed in the article moderation queue some time later (about 3 hours if I remember correctly). See also Griff's screenshot. It uses always "article" besides the already existing note.

I went to login to the Code Project site but kept getting errors. I tried several times, knowing that I had entered all of the correct information.
After many attempts I decided to request a new temporary password only to find the same error message preventing me from moving forward.
It took some time but learned that after Verizon dumped it's email service, AOL took over the mail servers including the DNS name so that Verizon customers wouldn't have to change there original email account or settings. The only problem with this was that AOL considered messages from Code Project as Spam.
After changing the Spam filter, I went back to request a new password even though It wasn't needed. Apparently Code Project had sent an email asking me to confirm my email some time back that happened to be sitting way down in the pile of spam messages. After I located this old message which requires one to click on a code project link, I was taken to the website to confirm my email address.
Once I confirmed my email address the login error on the code project site disappeared.
The error message that was showing up is as follows:
We're having trouble determining if cookies are working for you. We have sent your password, but please double check you have cookies enabled and that you don't have any add-ins that are blocking cookies.
I checked and double checked my browser, I even went to the code project help pages where there is a test link to confirm cookies are working. I clicked on the link and it did indeed state that my cookies were working.
It would appear that once code project requests a user to confirm there email address they get the warning message stating that there cookies are not working.
I believe that this is an erroneous error message, and that when there is a pending email address confirmation for a code project users account, the message should say is that code project needs confirmation and not display the cookie error.

I think I've sorted out the Cookie warning error. We have a couple of other fixes we're testing and we'll deploy the updates in the next day or so.
