I think the old news was that MS joined the OIN. The new news is that they open-sourced 60k patents in the OIN. The new old news is that if you're not part of the OIN, you're still screwed if they decide to come after you.

I know, it's very early in the project, and they'll probably hit many walls and give up. But I stand by my intended mockery.
(I also remember seeing an 'XML as a programming language' project back around 2000). Fortunately, that went no where as well.

But if the Cake is a Lie and Cake is true and Lie is false that means true == false and false == true, so both the Cake and the Lie are true and false at the same time.
