I see lot of Hindu brothers and sisters here in US, may they be Hare Krishna Mission or Rama Krishna Mission sit in public parks and chant slogans or keertans? Why is it a problem when people pray just Namaz (Salah) in public parks in India (which lasts for only 20 or 30 minutes, mostly silent). What if here people in US ask Hindus to not do their prayers in public places?
Then start keeping Ganesha Idols and Durga Idols in your homes or in the mandirs, don't keep them on the streets, its crazy inconvenience for everybody - ridiculous. To be frank with you, crazy ridiculous for keeping mikes and loud speakers 24/7 for weeks together and installing structures in the middle of the roads and causing inconvenience to everybody, when we already have enough traffic issues in our Country.
BJP Won 282 Seats in 2014, and below is the break up
North West/East - 200 +
South - 50 +
ROI - 30+
In 2019, BJP is going to achieve maximum 50-60% of its total tally in North India.
In South, AP and Telangana without local support
Kerala - CPI/Cong will spilt the vote
Tamil Nadu - No comments.
Going by this , I guess BJP will emerge with 150 to 200 seats and will be single largest party. Then It will need the support of regional parties to form a govt.
So Two scenarios,
1. BJP forming govt but without Modi as PM
2. Cong forming govt with external support if it touchs 150 seats or vice versa
Too much of good is bad,mix some evil in it
Congress is the only party that could rival BJP in terms of size and monetary backing. However, they're in a coma and have been projecting a bonehead as their prime ministerial candidate. I mean, it's impossible to take him seriously, let alone voting for him to become the prime minister of India.
BJP has had a number of issues in its term, and has become embroiled in some serious controversies as well. While it may not be a land-slide victory, I think they will win again.
Outside of NaMo, does BJP have another potential PM? If they had a leader who could focus on the governance and economy improvement aspects, and thin down on the religious extremism, it may actually be good for the country.
I would say no, at least not at present... the BJP are not trying very hard to groom someone who has a national reach, are they? Some of the CMs they have are nothing short of disasters!
We are probably going to be stuck with Mr.Modi for at least the next 5 years, provided of course they manage to form the government.
