I can confirm that it's present in Chrome and Edge, but missing in an IE based tab (regardless of your rep):

Probably because IE has some script errors:

SCRIPT1002: Syntax error
article.min.js (10,5305)

SCRIPT5009: 'ReadLaterList' is undefined
Simple-Software-for-Optimal-Control (2460,1)

SCRIPT5009: 'processCodeBlocks' is undefined
Simple-Software-for-Optimal-Control (2449,4)

The first one seems to be caused by an arrow function[^], which isn't supported in any version of IE:

The other two are probably collateral damage from the first one.

All fixed, and as a bonus extra I made sure the site works properly on iPad 1.

Looking for a QA answer I gave yesterday, and I saw this:

3.0/5 from 0 votes?
0.0/5 from 0 votes is normal, but how do I suddenly get 3's is no-one has voted?
Or have you changed the "scoring" to "3 is the default"?

It definitely looks like a caching issue - I know some of these have had votes, but are showing as "3/5 - 0 votes":

Hello,
I have noticed that my latest article is not shown anywhere except the main page (article id:1360649). It is not listed under "Artificial Intelligence" section although it is in that section. None of its tags or search terms list it in the results. I am not sure if this is a bug? Or maybe the lists are updated at regular intervals, I don't know...

I don't know if it helps but there are other articles that seem to be invisible too. This is another example:
1: Vulkan API with Kotlin Native - Surface, Devices[^]
2: Making your Library Work on Windows on Arm Devices[^]
Both of these articles are posted on 10 Apr 2019, but the first one is a "ghost". It is not shown anywhere except main page of codeproject. It is not listed under "Windows" Tag[^] although it has this tag. It is also not in the list when we search its title...

Code design not yet fixed !

It been a while I not longer to visit this website because the issue of the code formatting still exists. I have changed to new pc with OS ubuntu, but the formatting still same.

Copy and paste the exact text you are entering into a text file, post that to DropBox, and give us the link so we can see exactly what you are trying to post - at the moment all I can see from your image is a row of oddities with no idea how you generated them!
If you can also show us an image of what it looks like in VS (or whatever IDE you normally use), that would help as well.

The only other issue I can see on your screen-shot is the line height. It's set to "normal" in the CSS, which means it varies depending on the browser. Since the font size is set to 9pt, the actual line height will also depend on your DPI and text scaling settings. On my computer, it works out as a font size of 12px and a line height of 14px.

Try using the Firefox dev tools to inspect the code block, and look at the computed values. What values do you get for font-size and line-height, and which rule do those values come from?

Is it possible you have a UserContent.css file in your profile, which could be overriding the styles?
