After voting a QA answer the stars showing the score are not being refreshed, but just disappear. They only show up again if the page is refreshed.

I can’t change the forum layout. A little bit ago I was having issues accessing the site, and I had been signed out for some reason. Related?
This is on iOS.

Just noticed the same thing. I closed all browsers and reopened them, tried setting the layout back to "Normal", but nothing worked.
(Latest Firefox on Windows.)

As soon as I posted the message above, it changed and is stuck in "Open All" for all forums.
Change it:
Press the "Update" button:
It reloads, and back in "open All".

I think it's browser-agnostic. Here: Firefox Quantum 67.0.4, Brave 0.65.121 (Chromium 75.0.3770.100), Chromium 75.0.3770.90, all on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS.

If I follow the link on the left hand side menu to this forum: Bugs and Suggestions[^]
I get Open All:
And can't change it.
If I open the page via a Chrome bookmark(Bugs and Suggestions[^]), I get Normal:
And any change to the page gives "open all".
Same URL, same Tab in Chrome.
But it works every single time...
Just tried the same thing in Chrome on Android, and get exactly the same results.
Can someone else try bookmarking and see if they get the same results?

Yes, opening the forum using a bookmark opens with the options Layout: Normal and Per Page: 10.
Changing anything resets the layout to open all.

Yeah, something is broken for sure. fixed and fluid both default and don't change from "open all".

My guess is the postback on the dropdown for layout. Um...that it isn't posting back.
