I checked the first bunch of his messages, and can't see any spam there - just the company blug in the bio, which I thought was allowed?
What am I missing here?

I still think that's not a reason to nuke the account.

If there was a link in the signature or the profile information was being shown in the message boards... that would be different.

Very interesting. Engages with the content specifically, not randomly. Never posts a question or answer or article. Doesn't promote with links. Bios are fair game ... within reason. Don't tell the world I said so, but this is OK and exactly how you should do it if you want to promote yourself for free and get away with it.

Why did you report this article[^] as spam?

The links I could find are for open source or free things. The author has other articles containing similar links and you (Wendelius) already approved a couple of them.

As far as I can see the previous ones were fine but this one contained the following along with links to the site

I used this guide to deploy my test site to DigitalOcean. The guide is long, but easy to follow and comprehensive.

Virtual servers on DigitalOcean are called droplets. I am using a $5/month droplet for testing with these specifications:

1 GB memory
25 GB disk
1 TB transfer
1 CPU
Ubuntu 18.04 x64

IMO, this is very cheap for $5/month.

Not sure if I'm overreacting though, opinions?

FYI, I reported only the article, not the user because I think spamming may not be deliberate
