10 LP/hour works out as ~20000-85000 records/year (1 shift to 24/7 operations); with 100k items (not all LPs) in the collection and an additional 285k donated records this is going to be a rather lengthy project unless they're able to scale up. I hope they can and do, since like with old book digitization projects doing a single libraries worth of items only captures a small subset of the total historical record.
