Nothing installed that shold disturb.
I do note that on the phone it depends on the screen direction. In portrait it looks fine. But in landscape it goes weird.

Seems to be happening today also. I received a notification of a QA comment, but when I went to the web page the comment did not appear.

I can confirm the same things.... And going to the "reputation" page shows that comments were made, but clicking on them shows Unfortunately we were unable to find the comment you requested. It may have been deleted.

I just checked about 2 dozen QA questions I know have comments in them. The comments are not showing up on any QA questions or the Solutions.

In interesting way, it seems.
I've just noticed that if you post a comment to a question or solution, then other comments on that item magically appear. When you reload the page, all comments have disappeared again.
No errors in the console, but there are a couple of warnings and a couple of messages:

Maybe it may help:
a.) Before writing another comment the comment list did not show any comments
b.) After posting another comment I see all the previous comments, including my latest comment(see attached screen shot)
c.) After refreshing the page all comments disappeared again
It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

I've noticed vanishing comments before, sporadically. But they usually turned up again when reloading the page. Today even reloading didn't work, here: https://www.codeproject.com/Questions/1237460/What-is-an-easy-game-to-code-in-Cplusplus-that-can
On a sidenote, my comment was an answer to a comment made by @PIEBALDconsult in April 2018, and I asked him whether or how he changed the OP yesterday - because that is what the OP claims, even though version history doesn't show anything like that! Could this problem be related? I. e. that QA postings claim there is an update even though there is none? I'm asking because I keep seeing dead posts popping up in the front page where all that's changed is an alleged update of the question - which then doesn't show up in version history!

The link on the question and the revision list suggests that v2 is the current version. But the text on the question includes the changes which were made in v3.
It also looks like v4 was actually created when a new solution was posted to the question, and not by the OP editing the question. The timestamp on the solution[^] matches, and there are no differences between v3 and v4.

I never expected that ArticleVersion would be used on Questions and in fact may be a meaningless exercise due to the different way Questions and Articles are created and updated.

Mouse over "sign in" --> Login window pops up
Click on user name, start typing
Mouse moves a bit and gets out of the window limits --> window gets closed
Why use the coordinates of the mouse if the textbox got the focus and the user is typing? IMO the window should remain opened until a click outside (or at least a hover out + some time offset), and not close it while user is actively typing.
Happening (at least) in IE and FF (I'll check Chrome later)

Yeah, this one bugs me occasionally as well.
I'd dig in, but we are currently reviewing our UI, so this may completely change.
