For me drag and drop from the explorer works better.

There's a good reason you can't: trolls. We have quite a few, including one who pops up randomly every couple of weeks known as "Mr Caprine Rectum" because of the advice he gives. Now, The automated system spots him pretty easily - but can you imagine the pictures he would post? 
This is a SFW site, and moderating every picture would be a nightmare - as well as slowing posting to a crawl ...

like many having more spare time on my hands then usual been playing around with things and develop new plans to get really rich
chances of winning lotto here: roughly 1 in 13 million.
aha, time to cheat, they say google knows everything, surely it knows the next lotto numbers
- google said there were 38 million results!
deduction: chances of google being correct about 3 times less likely than winning the lotto.
