Not here (US) - in times when you'd actually want to, you need tickets for the Whitehouse tour, tickets for the congressional galleries, and any number of other government items. The Smithsonian's are generally free but sometimes attendance is limited by the ever famous supply vs demand.
Everyone can't go at once so they have some magic mechanism for tickets.

You mean like the Model 3 being the best selling car in a couple of European countries last month (April), or the Model 3 being the best selling high end sports sedan in the US in 2019 and the third best selling sedan when competing with the likes of the Civic and Camry, while being two to three times as expensive, in the US in 2019.

You're looking at it the wrong way. The reward is for us, not you... now we don't need to worry about you being on the roads anymore! 
Having said that, I vaguely remember you talking about speeding tickets not so long ago... is there any truth to today's thought?

No, my licence is fine, and has been since the start of the century. I'm a slow learner sometimes, and it took me a while to change my behaviour to get one that the government hadn't written something derogatory on ...

A century is any 100 years like a decade is any ten years.
Now - what I think you mean is when it's prefixed by the word "the" which then does link it to the actual change in the third digit. Kapish?

Merriam-Webster agrees with me whole-hardheartedly. Even with the less useful Cambridge version, the first definition agrees with claim.
I did see your birth-day surprise - but as I've heard it, even for those who are believers it turns out that the year '0' isn't zero at[^] all by this reckoning.
