when user browsing my site he con't use printscreen button while he is trying to copy that page. which code is used for that

Even if you could, it would only be active while the browser and your page have focus. Yet the user could give another application focus and use Print Screen.
Don't bother trying to do the impossible.

Any recent version of Windows has an application to make screen capture so even if that key would be disabled, not much effort is required to capture an application. The only time I use that key is when it does not works otherwise like a popup menu that would close if I activate the capture application.

In a nutshell the answer is no, but some hacks might disable key input but there is always a method around those.

The bigger question is why do you need to do this. You do not own the computer of the person trying to browse you web site and trying to is just plain wrong. Most people would never attempt to visit your site again after seeing something like this.

You also have to remember that once a person visits your site the information you are trying to "protect" has already been downloaded and available is the browser history.
