By the way I just want a software so that i can work on silverlight applications...
If you know the website url than please tell me.
So that I can take advantage from my theoritical knowledge..

My previous question was:
how to arrange software ... to develop rich and interactive application using wpf and silverlight..

Strange that you have heard enough about Silverlight to want to develop an application for it, and yet you cannot find any Silverlight websites. MSDN, Google, CodeProject articles are all great starting points.

You can use Visual Studio for coding and also make use of Expression Blend for designing purpose.
