How Can I Use Ip Address To Query Domain Owner From Whois Server

Hi all,
i have one problem here need for help..... i want to use the ip address to query the owner domain and other details from the WHOIS server including the traceroute from that ip address to be displayed in google earth but i fail to implement it in vb.net
so someone to help me....

This isn't a code-request services, I'm sure if you break your problem down into pieces and google for each part you'll find sample code that you just need to put together. Google "asp.net get client ip address", ".net query whois" "asp.net add marker google map"
