loading autocad file in c#

Can someone guide me that how to load an existing atocad file in c#. I am doing a project in which i have to first load an existing autocad file and then copy the data of first autocad file in another one. Please help me i am stuck in it from last few days and i dont knw alot about c# programming.

If you don't know anything about C#, why have you spent a couple of days on this, and why do you have this task at all ? C# has NO Autocad support, you'd be best to ask this in an Autocad forum, or just plain reading the documentation.

That you 'don't know a lot about C#' and that you are 'doing a project' encapsulates everything that is wrong with the IT world today.
