when i tried to run MVC4 Application i give 'The underlying provider failed on' Open
this error please give suggestion how to solve this

There is an error during open with your MVC4 app!

More Feedback you can't expect with such a "question".

There is an "Improve question" Option, I suggest to use it ;)

You have a problem with your connection string. The code cannot connect to the database.
