How to open Crystal report file using visual studio 2013?

I tried but it shown some binary data.

I was facing the same issue in visual studio 2019 and crystal report SP25 with windows 10. Computer is 64 bit and I was installing only 64 Bit Run Time version. However, once I install 32bit as well, my problem got solved

Service Pack 9 for SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio is available for download: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824[^]

Don't forget that to integrate CRVS into VS IDE you must run the install exe(!).
CRVS SP 9 does support VS 2013.
