Email is not working for data-driven subscription in SSRS 2012

The LastRunTime column in dbo.Subscriptions table is NULL and email is not getting triggered. I uploaded the same report on another server but the email functionality is working fine. I can't understand what the issue is. Any idea if this is related to permission related or configuration related? There is no error with report as it is showing the data correctly when clicked on View Report and there is no exception in Logs except one related to Native mode.
