suggest me that how to create perfect log in page

hello frnds,
i have d problem, that
when we use back page button of browser
after successfull loged in, then we move to
page where user can log in,but if we again use
browser's forwrd page button,then it redirect me to the
next page....that should not be hapend

so plz suggest me solution for this problem
and it will be more batter if u provide me the source code
with example..........

Solution 1

Clear the cache when the login page is displayed.

On a number of sites i've been to, once you login, you don't have to again unless you shut the browser down and restart it. IMHO, that's a lot less intrusive.

so how can i solve my problem, and clear the cache
