My website not cache/index with Domain URL in Google Search

My website cache in Google with "www.web-parsing.com", before 20 August. but after renew my domain website cache with www.web-parsing.com/index.php. After that when I search with my domain url in Google my Domain(Main) URL is not show in Google but inner page is show. Give Solution to fix this problem.

Use the google web tools to rectify your entry, or use canonical urls. It's not entirely clear what your issue is, but it doesn't seem code related.

Hi Sir,
When i search with my Domain URL in Google Search Engine, main Domain URL not show in Google but other inner pages are showing. why my main Domain URL not Show ? This Problem occur after August. My website URL is www.web-parsing.com
