Break down your return statement so you can see what is going on e.g.
var ro = rowObject.TotalAdditionalCostPostRun;
var roFixed = ro.toFixed(2);
var ac = AddCommas(roFixed);
return ac;
One of those values is null - use your debugger to determine which one and why
