disable mouse righ click inside Adobe Acrobat PDF browser plugin

We are rendering Adobe pdf file inside html object tag. I have disabled toolbar , navigation bar using navpanes=0&toolbar=0. But when mouse right click reenable the context menu again. So Is there any way to disable mouse righ click inside Adobe Acrobat PDF browser plugin?

Seriously, why bother? All the user has to do is install a different PDF reader plugin....
