WebClient webClient = new WebClient();
webClient.Proxy = null;
webClient.UseDefaultCredentials = true;
webClient.DownloadFileCompleted += new AsyncCompletedEventHandler(Complete);
webClient.DownloadProgressChanged += new DownloadProgressChangedEventHandler(Progress);
webClient.DownloadFileAsync(new Uri(_url), _root + _name + ".mp3");

The above returns 'e.Response' = The remote server returned an error 403 Forbidden error.

Now, is it detecting webClient?

Is it because in the browser I didn't use URL and using webClient.

Only reason for webClient is due to removing the saveDialog.

Can I navigate to a website in Webclient, then download off the page?
