Well, that depends on the provider you find who offers SMS sending services in your area. Free ones typically exist only for short periods, as they make no money.

Your name suggests you are in India. There are number of providers you can talk to. Once I have talked to some of them for my own purpose. But I dont think anybody will give some credit of free SMS. They only can give a very small (may be a 100) free for testing purpose only if you confirm them that you will buy some SMS from them later.
