CSS is not updated in magento

My site is working well.But suddenly my css can not be updated by me. I have cleared cache from backend like flush css and all.I have cleared cache from var/cache folder. Still all the css can not be updated.

I have done with all the solutions like Flush Magento cache, Flush cache storage,Flush catalog images cache,Flush javascript/css cache in system -> cache management.i have also delete cache from var/cache folder.but nothing is change.in the inspect element, i can see the path .the css is come from media/css folder.when i update it and make it save on server through filezilla.the file is saved.but still the problem is as it is.i cant see any changes.This issue is not only for 1 CSS file.It is for all the CSS in the website.

Did u check your css path via INSPECT ELEMENT (F12) in Chrome Browser???

Yes.I have checked path.All are same.Still nothing is updated.The path is simple as public_html / media / css / filename.css.The main problem is if I change the filename or even delete that file,still nothing will be affected on site.The css file in the inspect element will be same as it is.It means it is coming from somewhere else.This site is not new.It is running on server perfectly from last 10 months.Last week suddenly this issue came and i stuck with it.So how can I solve this problem?
