Connection timeout. Timeout period elapsed

Dear Friends,

I want to connect Sql server from one to another system.
I Choose Datasource, username, password then click 'connect'.

Its loading sometimes after, Error Message like this.
Connection timeout. Timeout period elapsed. how to resolve it.

Hi,
it may be netwrok issue.
Kindly check network or otherweise u have to increase timeout.

Make sure you enable access through the machine firewall as well.

firewall is off mode in both systems.
