Source of Binding Navigator

I am a student and I have been asked to prepare a project in which I will be able to scroll through the sql table through binding navigator without using the wizard. Therefore please suggests ways so that I can bind each textbox to a particular column in sql along with setting the source of the binding navigator

If you're a student, then your teacher should have give you all the resources you need. If we tell you exactly how to do it, what will you have learned, apart from the idea that random strangers will do your work for you ? Why don't you try to do your own homework and only ask if you have specific issues along the way ?
