Compare two doc file vb.net

Want to compare two doc file contents and highlight the changes in vb.net.
I am able to read the doc contents but we have to identify the differences in both files and highlight it. Its urgent.

What I have tried:

I dont have any answer as of now..i browsed but didnt get much.

First thing,Using interop i had already done but after deploying on server ..its not working.
Specially this line Dim word As New Application() is giving some execution issue. I have done all the settings for DCOM config.
Second thing, I am still working on this with some other approcah.
