How to set table outer border without inner border, repeat rectangle border in all page

i have used tablix inside the rectangle. i need table border when it overflow to second page it missing bottom border.bottom line is missing except in last page

What I have tried:

outer border without inner border in tablix when it over flow bottom border is missing if i add border it adding inner border.please advise. Bottom border line is missing in 1 st and 2 nd but not in 3 rd page because i have set border to Rectangle
