How to play a same video file in two seperated controls synchronously?

I want to design a camera capture and display software, and I'm going to play a captured avi file in two seperated forms synchronously ( two screens), one for the operater, and one for audiences.

I want to use directshowlib to achieve it, but I don't know how to start, I need your help, thank you.

What I have tried:

I have tried to capture the camera by directshowlib, keeping previewing, and capture for a while, It's successfuly, by using GMFBridge.
But play the avi file in seperated two controls seems difficult, because I don't know how to find a possible and efficient way to achieve it.
