Alternate of jobs in SQL server agent

I've database on host gator server and i want to create a job on a table.
just bcoz i don't have permission to do that.
So can anybody tell me the alternate for this so that query could fire on the given time..

What I have tried:

i didn't tried anything coz i don't have any alternate

What's your cousin got to do with this?
Write a program that connects to the database to run the job and have the Windows Scheduler kick it off - Scheduling a task - Windows Help[^]
Or ask for permissions to set up the SQL Agent
