Click link button upload related student name in the list box in ASP.NET with C#

Hi All,
I am developing a Asp.net application, If I click Name Link Button it should retrieve all the student name from database and upload to a list box in the same page. Without reload to the server.

So how to do this please give me Idea, if possible with an example also.
