How to print to a thermal pos printer

Hello,I have a retail point of sale of which I would like to print the receipt to a thermal pos printer. Used draw image method from printing class library which was successfully however the client has a fiscal printer which prints text files when the commands are attached to some lines of the transactions. My query is, how am I going to select record of transactions and print/output to a text file?. Kind regards

Have used draw image bitmap to do the printing which was successfully outputting to the default printer.
