My application getting crashed unexpectedly.

Application: .Net Windows Application
System OS: Windows 7(32 bit)

It would be difficult for anyone here to resolve as it is probably very unique to your computer and its setup. The file is a core Microsoft file. You could try the following

1. See [SOLVED] ntdll.dll Issues - Tech Support Forum[^]

2. Test on another computer
3. If it is crashing at the same place in your application check to see what you are doing in the code at that point.
4. Check for a virus etc
