Error with setfocus on vb6

Hi,
I have a problem with set focus of a textbox:
if I do textboxname.setfocus on a method (after load) on that textbox I have got this error RunTime Error 5.
some considerations:
1)this method is after form_load
2)the textbox is visible and enabled.

thank you in advance

What I have tried:

I have tried to call a setfocus on another text and it works.
I have searched on google!!!!

Well there is no mention in your question that you have searched Google. And there is really not enough information to even guess what might be happening in your code. I suggest you find out exactly which line of code causes the error, and show us all the details.
